Quilled Hummingbird Earrings and Card
Jake Siefert in Hartsburg, Missouri is the owner of Poppin Paper Cards that stocks more than six hundred items, mostly cards with appealing quilled designs, but also quite a few pairs of earrings, sticky note pads, and bookmarks.
The products are designed in the U.S, starting with sketches or graphic art that are sent to the shop's partner in Vietnam where high-quality hand quilling is added. Delivery is free.

I include this last shop, Paperlike Pet, owned by Tanya in Grand Prairie, Texas because she offers such creative paper-inspired pet art. Tanya makes it clear that despite the look of paper cut leaves and flowers, the pet portraits are not framed with actual paper art.
