Paper Quilling for All Occasions, a Quilling Book with Supplies
Have you longed to learn to do paper quilling, but haven't known where to start? Do you like to enhance your handmade cards and gifts with small pretties? Do you enjoy having fresh supplies at your fingertips when you're ready to learn a new paper craft? Do you know an older child or teenager who is into crafting?
If you are familiar with Japanese craft books, you'll know that they are highly regarded. The publisher, Zakka Workshop, is located in Massachusetts where it specializes in translating and reproducing Japanese craft books for the English-speaking market. This title was originally published in Japan in 2010.
If you're the curious sort (like me)... what is zakka? This explanation is from the publisher's website: Zakka (雑貨), or "many things," is a fashion and design phenomenon that spread from Japan throughout the world. The term refers to anything and everything that improves your home, life, and appearance.
Here at Zakka Workshop, we publish distinctive craft books, patterns, and kits with this philosophy in mind... the Zakka Workshop team has experience making authentic Japanese projects accessible to English-speaking crafters. We are inspired by fresh, contemporary Japanese design and aim to make it available to sewists, crafters, quilters, stitchers, and makers around the world!
You'll find more details about Paper Quilling for All Occasions on Amazon where the Look Inside feature has been enabled, but on this post and on Instagram [ENDED] (if you are a registered user at the latter) is where you can take a chance on winning the book. Enter both places to double your chances!
