Little Circles On Edge Card Stock Quilling Paper Strips

In last week's post about modern quilling I mentioned that Erin Perkins Curet of Little Circles, supplier of the well-known brand of Culture Pop quilling paper, had just released a new line of card stock quilling strips called On Edge. These sturdy papers are perfect for paper illustration, typography, outlining, Zentangle projects, 3D quilling and edging areas to quill within for easy framing. She would love for you to try them! And with fun names like Say Cheesecake and Mackinac Lilac, who wouldn't enjoy that?

The 110 lb strips measure 1/4" (6mm) x 17" (43cm), are acid free, archival and as high in quality and vibrant in color as the Culture Pop papers. Each zippered pack contains fifty strips and is resealable for easy storage.

Each strip is equal to approximately 2.5 Culture Pop strips glued together to save you time and money for projects that require a lot of outlining.

Here are a few different works in various stages by Erin, who quills in a mosaic style, to show ways she uses them. Future On Edge plans include adding a lighter weight card stock option that can be rolled, along with expanding the number of color choices. 3/8" and 1/2" width strips will be available by the end of the year.

By the way, for those who like to use wider than standard 1/8" strips, Erin has a new slotted tool on the way that will roll up to 1/2" strips. It has a wooden handle, is made in the U.S. and is expected in the Little Circles shop by the end of the month.
